The Future of Social Security

There is little doubt that SS, in its present form, is headed for trouble, if some actions aren't taken, Soon. However, Medicare will run into problems far sooner...and the actions our government takes to save/salvage that program will be a good indicator of what will happen with SS.

There are any number of changes that can be made to allow SS to continue....NONE of which will prove to be Popular, but without these changes, SS will become just another Welfare program for the poorest.
