(like in the butcher sop) just to get a space at the edge to jump.
People were getting rich daily playing the mkt.
After some thought someone decided the stock was way over valued, they sold and bingo.
Margin buying pulled down the banks that made those risky loans.
The government claims this can't happen again??????????
