Has anyone tried/used this type of hair remover? My wife spotted one brand-new, at about half usual retail price, was reluctant at first, I urged her to buy it. These things use light energy, either laser light, or high-intensity white light, to gradually destroy the hair follicles. Does it work? Seems to, but really too soon to tell how effective it is. Instructions state the follicles must be in a certain stage of developing the hair strand, to be killed. Therefore, a "treatment" interval of 1 week is recommended, with 8-12 treatments being typical for permanent, total-area treated, hair elimination. imp
