This is a very old case indeed, it happened in what today is
known as Kenya!
All the white ex-pats where known as the "Happy Valley Set",
this was in the early 20th Century.
The lifestyle of the people there was so decadently bad that
Hollywood just had to make a film about it, the film was called
"White Mischief".
The actual murder remains officially unsolved to this day, though
