What is your favorite way to eat a potato?

All of them as I have no favorite way because I like them Mashed french fried potato Puffs scalloped au gratin baked fried Etc.

When I was a kid we ate potatoes three times a day.

A bowl of leftover potatoes in the refrigerator was one of our few convenience foods.

Crispy home fries are hard to beat.

Definitely baked, with all the fixings.

Sour cream, chives, bacon bits, fresh dill, a little cracked black pepper, yummy, so good.

Baked with a pat of butter, salt & pepper. I eat the skin .. some people don't.

My hub loves homemade potato salad with mayo and mustard and pickle juices. We love "smashed" potatoes, too...not "whipped" ones. Use that mashed potato "stomper" on them!
