"Iran has been behind most of the instability in the Middle East for at least the past two decades. Its militias ignited Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003 and enabled Islamic State to develop across parts of the Arab world. Hezbollah, its proxy in Lebanon and Syria, kept the dreadful Assads in power for a generation and enabled the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. I saw Hezbollah up close in Syria for 10 years and I saw this year the huge joy of the Syrian people when the Iran-backed militia was vanquished there.

Iran has also directed the Houthis to bring global shipping to its knees and backs the bloody-handed murderers of Hamas. But the mullahs’ grand strategic plan has always been to develop a nuclear arsenal. This would have been an intolerable danger not only to Israel but to other

Some of my sister-in-law's neighbors are Iranian immigrants, and she said they threw a cook-out party to celebrate the bombings. And, I should mention, IDF policy is military targets only. They are ordered to do their utmost to avoid residential areas and buildings and civilian casualties in general.

Iran has no such policy....obviously.
 
Biblical history dictates that the Arabs and Jews originated from the same father [different mothers] - it's all there in your good [God] book! But like some -perhaps many families - there were jealousies etc etc and so the brothers on one side separated from the brothers on the other side?

I have no immediate solutions of course otherwise I could be a very rich person. But at the very least they could stop fighting like kids of old and starving one half of the families ? The non-Jewish or to be more precise the half-Jewish son was dismissed with his mother from the family - NOT a nice gesture - so I would say the first blow was issued by the Jewish side? It then of course all got out of hand.

The God backed Jewish nation seemed to thrive well and had a few battles along the way - {I must get a copy of the Koran and see how history looked from their side of the fence? }- but they are all from the lineage of Abraham and both sides worship his grave site but from different entrances. I once was introduced during my clinical days to "family therapy". We watched from a one way glass window as the session took place attempting to resolve family issues and differences. This to me is the crux of it - a big big family therapy session between Israel and lets say Iran??
 
I was listening on the car radio to a war correspondent in an interview today ...and he was saying that the way the west think this should resolved is as different as you could possibly imagine to the way Iran thinks about dealing with anything at all.



In the 40 years he's been the BBC war correspondent he says that Iran has got eveything their way through sheer bullying... and they are completely..every man, woman and child.... under the religious idea that Isreal is the scum of the earth..a blight on humanity , and they feel that they have been tasked with removing it from the face of the earth !

And in 2015, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, a deal that our country came up with and the UN agreed with, showed compassion for Iran, and gave it's government the wiggle-room to do exactly that.

As a wise man said, It is not compassion to let enemies grow stronger while you posture for applause.

Applause and an almost trance-like chant of "let's everyone get along, give peace a chance..." Just doesn't work with terrorists who want to annihilate an entire culture and everyone in it . I've never understood why that is so hard to grasp for the [what I call] "Kumbaya People." 🤷‍♀️
 
I remember back in the late 70's, The Shaw's pilots were being trained to fly the new F15's in Arizona.
My friend did maintenance; they couldn't get enough turbos to keep them all flying.

Teachers were going to Iran, would say the Iranian population were like beautiful children.
One Day Komani and his religion got back into Iran; the Shaw came to the USA and a lie,
religion, once again has been the cause for irreparable harm. (it's all the evil in man's hearts)

A couple more ticks closer to Armageddon is the outcome. Health issues for the average Iranian too.
Uranium enrichment, deep buster bombs to crush them. Sure, a great environmental impact there.
More rivers with bad stuff in them most likely.

Iran and terrorist groups have been at it for a long time.
But Osamma Bin Laden live across the street from Nukes in Pakistan.
Even I knew, was sure he was as close to Nukes as he could get before, he was taken out.
But I sort of thought it was Iraq instead. That war after 911 changed my beliefs to Pakistan.
He was showing up in Afghanistan then.

So what is their 'beef' with the Jews?? - Gaza has all Arabs - there are other wealthy Arab based nations in the same area - so why Iran?? - looks murky? OR is it a religious war Sunnis v Shiites? they certainly like throwing their weapons of war around even nuclear??

The beef has been ongoing for a long time. Iran has tossed a missile or two over at Israel now and then, usually through proxy terrorist groups, but the 2 main reasons are because Iran funds and equips Hamas, their paid Jew exterminators, and they refuse to stop doing that, and, most recently, because Israel confirmed that Iran's nuclear and missile programs have advanced enough to pose an immediate existential threat to them and, of course, the rest of the world.

Iran's nuclear capabilities are probably history. The IDF destroyed its primary nuclear facility for uranium enrichment. That just happened a few days ago.
 
I heard this morning that Iran have stated, if the destruction
of Teheran, doesn't stop, they will bomb the strait of Hormuz,
with their secret weapon, this will stop all oil leaving and it
will cause chaos in Europe at least, but elsewhere also.

They have threatened to do this a number of times over the years. An attempt at bullying "the world" to do something about Israel's attack perhaps? Anyhow, I'm thinking it's a scare tactic and won't happen.
