I've gradually moved to 85% dark chocolate using the excuse that it is good for me, LOL!!!

This German chocolate available at Aldi is made with fair trade beans from Peru and is a good compromise between health and value.

We toured a chocolate and coffee plantation in Costa Rica last year and got the chance to grind chocolate and make our own cocoa drink. It tasted awful.

I'm with Aunt Bea......I like about 80-85%.

Wow I didn't realize the pods are so big. I still love my Hershey bars. The healthy stuff tastes to me like baking chocolate.
