It's about 4:00 a.m. and I just went outside to check on the newspapers arrival and happened to look up at the moon.
There is a perfect ring all the way around it........kinda neat, I can't recall ever seeing that before.
I just Googled 'halo around the moon' and it said, "the halo is caused when moonlight passes through thin clouds of ice crystals high in the earths atmosphere."
