I play the PC Game, Civilization VI, for 5 to 7 hours every day. I am 89 years old and live with my wife of 64 years. That game is utterly fascinating. I start in the stone age and manage a nation into the jet age. At the beginning I only manage a few fighters with clubs. Near the end I am managing millions and am using jet bombers, atomic bombs and tanks with a large navy as well.
I highly recommend this game to every elderly person. It keeps one's mind busy and is a great preventive from developing dementia.
