This book was published, I think, at a time before the drug makers gained absolute control, and when it was still hoped that enough people would take an interest and do what was needed and was possible already around 1940 at low cost and no toxicity to eliminate any danger or any fear or dread of cncr. Sadly, the big money won out, and bribed the usa congress to pass laws , via lobbyists? legally?? ,
to eliminate the threat to the corporation's humongous profits and sheer power over govenment and over the public and etc etc etc.

People who are still searching for the truth can still read it , perhaps anyway, and take care of themselves, but licensed professionals are not allowed by law, at risk of losing their job, their income, their life, and their freedom, to tell their clients any of the proven ways to eliminate the problem.

The first link I don't know what it was and is no longer available , apparently.
The second link is wonderful, even in the first one minute it shows why the known and proven "cures" , natural and harmless, were not allowed and are not used today - they cannot be patented. There of course are more reasons, but money is the main stopper.
