I eat all of those except avocado.. don't like it... and like Hearlady my hands are still very dry.. I use moisturiser every day on my skin .. including organic vitamin C serum...... and a good quality hand cream... , and I drink more than 2 litres a day.. but my hands are constantly dry
 

I also eat all those, But Ive Had dry cracked corner lips for months now....cant seem to heal it
I cant be dehydrated as i drink 2ltrs +of water everyday.....
 
I have 'heard' wearing gloves at night with a heavy, 'greasy'..
Like Vaseline..on the hands..or something like that..
Is suppose to help with really dry, cracked hands.
