There are still some good and reliable companies.

I bought a Moen kitchen faucet 13 years ago. The bottom of it is very worn .
The faucet was not inexpensive but it came with a lifetime warranty.
I keep all my receipts and sent the Moen company a photo. I never thought they would even have this in stock anymore.
A few days later they emailed me and said my new base and gasket is on the way. No charge.
I think they would have sent it without the receipt.
It is so nice to deal with reliable companies. Sadly I think they are few and far between.
I'm going to write them a letter. of appreciation. I hope it gets to the right person.moen pic (2).JPGpart for sink.JPG

SC Johnson is a great company (at least they were a couple of years ago.). I bought some Draino and did not notice the lid was not on tight. It leaked in my car on the way home and I called them to ask what they thought I should use to clean it up. They were so apologetic and it wasn't even their fault (which I told them). They sent me a check for $50!

Chewy.com is also good. Recently my dog Roxie died and I called to have her name taken off my list of pets. A couple of days later a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from them with their sympathy.
