I’ll start.

My Burt’s bees chapstick but just the vitamin E and peppermint flavor. I have them everywhere…in my bag, by the sink, by the bed, next to where I sit to watch TV, in the car.

My special Cutco steak knife, the one I’ve had for 20 years.

That one pair of jeans that fit perfectly. I have a few pair, but that one is special.

My place on the couch next to the side table where my device cords, chapstick, coaster for my drink all reside and where I can reach the coffee table to put my feet up.

My two pillows. I can tell as soon as my head hits them if Ron accidentally switched one or both with his when he made the bed.

My wedding and engagement rings. My hand feels so weird and naked when they’re off.

You?

My spoon and fork from a set my mother bought for my first apartment.

My coffee spoon which is the baby spoon I fed my son with when he was an infant. The rubber came off long ago.

My rolling walker, which I use all the time and it carries all my stuff on and in it.

My hairbrush (I am always brushing my hair).

I notice it almost immediately if I leave home without my pistol on my hip. There have been times when I have gotten a mile or so from home and had to go back to get my gun. My wife is the same way……..with her cellphone.

Burt's Bees Lip Balm has always been my favorite, but I've found lately in extreme heat, that I need to put another layer of protection on top of that when I go outside.
The sun is brutal.

Like Annie ... I cannot live w/o a white noise machine! ... I say it's for my doggy, but I'm addicted to it too.

coming here to SF every day
my recliner in my living room where I have my magazines, read NYT{M-Fri} do daily crossword puzzle/read local paper, read my books
my Chromebook laptop which I use couple times/day
a few books in my bookcase in living room, have them in alphabetical order by author kept for years
dolphin ring on my right hand finger

My reading chair because it‘s smaller than average which means I can put my feet on the floor, even though I always sit cross legged.

My iphone, my iPad and the Apple keyboard that comes with it. When the last one broke, I went right out and replaced it - no waiting for sales.

So many odd things...
My blown glass collection
A sapphire ring
a Mexican peso from a trip over 50 years ago
an antique victorian chair (and a couple other antiques)
some old drawings I made
an old spegetti strainer given to me by a friend (still used all the time)

Oddly, none of them are worth much monetarily. I guess that shows what's really valuable to me!

The last photograph that was taken of my husband. It's on the end table by the couch, so it's close by, and I can see his handsome face at any time.

My grandmother's rosary beads. When I was a child, I remember her saying the rosary three times a day. She never made a big deal about it. She would just sit quietly in her room or in her rocking chair in the living room and silently pray. Way back in the day, as a family, we'd go on vacation to the beach. We'd literally be on the beach and Grandma would tell me she was going to say her prayers. She'd take her towel with her and go up to the dunes, sit down in the sand, drape the towel over her head to keep the sun off her and say her prayers. When she was in the hospital, after she'd had a stroke and was close to death, she wasn't exactly conscious. She couldn't speak or even open her eyes, but in her hands were those rosary beads. I watched as she moved her fingers from bead to bead. I'll never forget it.

My mid-century dining room set. My grandmother bought it, used, from a guy who wanted $500.00 for it. She beat him down and got it for $200.00. When she died, my aunt kept it. When she moved from her home into an apartment, she gave it to me. I had it restored and it's gorgeous. I love it.

My tiger. My husband and I looked after my aunt for eight years. She had a stuffed tiger with a ripped belly seam that she loved. I performed surgery on the poor thing, stitched him up good as new, washed him, and resurrected him for her. After she died, he came to live with me. He's a bit worn from being over loved, but I don't care. He resides on the couch and keeps me company when I watch TV. 😊

My elastic belts that don't need fiddling with pin buckle, they just clip together in a second .. and they fit all my clothes..

My diary.. I write my diaries every day...even when I'm out if I stop for a sit down or a drink

My wide tooth combs.. having very long hair means I have to carry a comb with me at all times.. and it has to be wide tooth to prevent breakages

My lipstick.. I have just about every shade except plums and browns... but I like the frosted peaches best and never leave home without one in my bag..

My small rectangular pillow which I've had for many years which I use between my knees to sleep to take the pressure off my lower back..

My hone.. not because i'm addicted to calling or texting, but as you all know I can hardly go anywhere except I have to take a picture..or 20

@Ronni,
Wait!
"When he makes the bed"
You mean you have a man who sometimes makes the bed?
Wow!
😂😂😂 well @Gaer I don’t want to completely blow you out of the water, but the fact is that he ALWAYS makes the bed. AND loads and unloads the dishwasher. AND cleans up after dinner if I cook. AND cooks dinner often too. AND vacuums and runs laundry as frequently as I do!!

I AM SO SPOILED!! 😍 And I love it!! But see, he thinks HE’S spoiled, so it’s a good balance!
