Think Planet of the Apes couldn't happen?

I didn't know there was an over population of monkeys in some countries. I can't imagine what kind of damage they can do if they attack a person. And stealing phones & other things from people as well. Interesting video, Holly. But I have one question that wasn't explained as to why a vasectomy or tubal ligation & not a neutering or spaying as we do with other animals?
