This is a "retro &/or futuristic" question...

I'm so hopeless and such a pain when it comes to travel because I have to take everything with me or have another house full of my needs waiting for me, (which I don't have BTW), that no one wants to go anywhere with me. 🤣
That said, I would have liked to have seen Camelot, if there was such a place in reality, and the age of chivalry. Also the American and French revolutions sound like interesting but dangerous times. The Renaissance in Italy!
In truth I would like to go back to the 1950's because I missed a chunk of it and I would have liked to experience the peace and prosperity that settled upon America after WWII. It was to be so short lived.

Maybe I'm not imaginative, but there is no past or future time I would like to visit. I certainly don't want to see what's ahead 20 years from now. I'm enjoying and being grateful for my life right now as it is.
Understandable. Tho IMO its not lack of imagination but rather curiosity to not want to look at past oneself instead of thru the eyes of historians, some of whom could have had a slanted view of things. You know the old saying about the victors writing history.

And i wouldn't want to look at future any closer than century, because the way things are now it would likely be too disappointing and depressing, both personally and for humanity as a whole.

Assuming I would have the knowledge, I have now, I would like to go back to 7th grade, with what I know now, I would have done many things better and would have enjoyed what I did even more...more important is that I would be able to spend time with and talk with my Mom, Dad, and Sister who are all gone now! I miss them very much, but don't tell my sister.
