Wasn't sure where else to put this video i wanted to share, Mental Health? Meditation has certainly been a huge factor in mine. General Discussions? The humor might make suitable for that forum. But i've been considering writing some in Diaries. WTH, giving it a whirl.
Meditation has been a part of my life for about 2/3 of my years. The amount of time it takes each day is small (usually less than hour total each day even if i do 3 instead of just morning and bedtime) but it has huge positive effects on how i move thru my days and years.
I have several favorite videos i play with music that facilitates reaching the desired state of mind. For my morning meditation i usually play that video on my Kindle before i get up to start my day. But today i stumbled on this video and decided to use it.
I have long liked Sadhguru's sense of humor, but i also liked the suggestion he makes in this about 'when you check the time'. Not a big clock watcher except when i have an appointment (because i'd rather be early than late) but i like idea of using a mundane daily behavior to remind ourselves to appreciate our life.
