I think of caps more in the line of shouting,hand wringing and control theory, ad hominem arguements. You can look that if you don't know the meaning.

Nope... No shouting or hand wringing here... Just word emphasis... So read it THAT way.. See.. put emphasis on the word "that"..
 
Thats what happens when you get old, get a lipid panel, a t3/t4 ratio, tsh, e2, p4, glucose, maybe you overlooked something.
 
QS He doesn't seem to understand that a capitalized single word or two in a text it to emphasize it. An entire text is shouting. One needs to bring the uninformed along slowly in internet protocol.
