This is not a political post, just a simple question about early voting

I have voted by mail since my stroke and its a big help for me. Ballots in trash bins have proven to be false so I am not worried about it. Before my stroke I always voted early so I did not have to wait in line. Don't understand what all the fuss is about.

When we were on lockdown during the height of the pandemic and when I also was ill with COVID, I also sent absentee ballots in. But, I could call a number at my Election Headquarters to make sure it was received and counted, which I did. Once I was up and out, I go to the polls. I was a poll worker until I decided to run for an office and was elected.
So, I like to see what's happening at my polling station.

The Gateway Pundit (TGP) is an American far-right[2] fake news website.[1] The website is known for publishing falsehoods, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories.[31]

Founded by Jim Hoft in 2004, The Gateway Pundit expanded from a one-person enterprise into a multi-employee operation that is supported primarily by advertising revenue.[32][33] During the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign, the site received over a million unique visitors per day.[34] Twitter permanently suspended Hoft's account (@gatewaypundit) on February 6, 2021, for repeatedly publishing misinformation about the 2020 U.S. presidential election.[35][36][37] In September 2021, Google demonetized the site for publishing misinformation.[38][39][40]

Yeah, believe what you want.

ADDED: Wikipedia was bought into by George Soros. Not everything you read there is the gospel truth, particularly the political stuff. But suit yourself.

I'm voting in person this year on the 19th. I have heard so much pros and cons on the candidates that I change my mind repeatedly. If I voted early I would be locked into those choices. Hopefully I'll have it figured out by the 19th.

The only mail in ballots I would even entertain are from disabled individuals or those posted outside the U.S. for various reasons.
I am not too lazy to go to a poll and cast my vote.
Further, it gives me a chance to get an idea as to how the vote is going.
I'm certainly not lazy and have been voting in my state for years with mail-in ballots that can be conveniently filled out in the comfort of my home. It is secure, convenient.....not lazy or looking to be a martyr for going to a polling place. It's also easy to check if your vote was received via the internet.

Wikipedia was gifted $2 million by George Soros in 2018. He does not have ownership. What's all the fuss about George Soros anyway? The Koch people interfere and buy their way constantly, but they are on the extreme right. Mud slinging goes both ways.

Totally agree, I've voted by mail for years and being from Texas I always check to make sure my vote was counted.

A little research would go a long way to answering your question.

Anyway, I'm out of here. This thread is about early voting, after all.
