It’s an acquired taste for some I guess. For me, it’s in the same ballpark as mackerel/tuna, though leas dry than tuna, and I like that.sorry Ronni...I agree it's Nutritious...but I really HATE Herring, especially kippers...![]()

you'd make a good Swedish or Dutch woman.. they eat pickled herring for any meal.. and have you seen the height some of them grow..? tallest in Europe ..I love herring pickled.
