Toasted Dave’s Killer Bread topped with organic salsa, fresh spinach leaves, crunchy red onion, and kippers (lightly smoked herring for the uninitiated😉) Nutritious and so delicious! Lots of protein, omegas, iron, vitamin A and D…a nutritional powerhouse! And as an added bonus, only 156 calories!

sorry Ronni...I agree it's Nutritious...but I really HATE Herring, especially kippers...:sick:
It’s an acquired taste for some I guess. For me, it’s in the same ballpark as mackerel/tuna, though leas dry than tuna, and I like that.
 

Good sardines, yes, but I'm particular as to which brand. I'll eat kippers, but I'm really not fond of them.
