This lady doesn't seem to like the dance

Sometimes I watch YouTube videos, which I get recommended by YT. I watched this one, but the woman doesen't seem to like the dance. She isn't smiling at all after the dance started.

 
Maybe next dance she goes to she will cover up a bit until Prince Charming
shows and THEN make the grand entrance look for him.
Have to say it as I see it, you dress to be looked at and unless they form
a line, the bravest one will be the 1st and you may not get a choice.

Well she might not be smiling but her body language sure shows sheā€™s enjoying herself. Sheā€™s stuck to that guy like glue. Thereā€™s zero space between her and the guy.

It is possible. To me she seems a little tense. Maybe that she must concentrate herself since she is not such a good dancer as her partner.
 
it's also possible that if it's a dance she recently learned she may be concentrating on the steps to get them right.

The view where her back is to the camera and she bends her hips (which makes her rear stick out) to me that looks like she is trying
to get out of the males groan hold going on, he pulled her in pretty tightly to begin with. You can't see her facial expression to tell
the whole story. That is why I said , may be you had to be there. Makes me wonder if she danced again with him or said no.
 
What kind of dance is that? Reminds me of the short-lived Lambada.

And then there's "tango". Have you ever seen the videos of "tango parlors" in different spots in the world? NOBODY is smiling. They all look like they're doing the Last Tango in ...... Somewhere..... and they're off to Hell after the music stops.

Are people not allowed to smile while doing the Tango? Does doing the Tango cause mild-to-moderate pain? Do they not like their partners? I'm not sure I want to learn to Tango.....
 
hmm...she had her hand on his shoulder until he pulled her in like that and then her fingers came up like she didn't wanna touch him. it's hard to tell. i notice she looked over at her friend briefly.

I donā€™t see it like that at all. When they circle around it looks like she straddling him. Her leg is over his leg. If she didnā€™t want to be that close to him she wouldnā€™t have done that.
If she wasnā€™t into it she wouldnā€™t be shaking her hips back and forth like she is.

I took her shaking it as trying gracefully to unlock the hold :LOL:
