This may have been posted, but is anyone watching the Bald eagle webcam?

This first showed up on my Facebook page. I then saw it on YouTube. A pair of Bald Eagles are nesting in south west Florida and they have a web cam set up. Every once in awhile I take a peek. I did get to see the baby hatch. Was hoping to see the Father but missed that.At one point he brought her a fish. I think one more has to hatch. Such patience, she just sits there hour after hour.

I've heard about it, but haven't watched it.

I enjoy watching shipping port webcams.

The crossing at Abbey Road where the Beatles album cover was shot has a pretty good one too.

I last watched a day or two ago. I know one was beginning to hatch. Any word yet? One hatched Marie, not sure about the other one. I like to watch but very time consuming. Tomorrow I will see if I can get it on my Kindle and set it up in the kitchen where I am most of the time.

Victor, I didn't know they had a shipping port webcam. I can see where that would interesting as well.

Aww, so sweet Ruth, thanks for posting about this. Is this the first one hatched yesterday or the second...must be the first, I don't see the other one?

No, I haven't been watching but I think webcams like that are so cool. I think this is it?

Yes SeaBreeze, I think it is the one I've been watching. I find it fascinating how Mother Nature has given them the ability to know exactly what to do for their young. Sometimes human mothers haven't a clue.

Haven't watched those, but was hooked on the Decorah Eagles (Decorah, Iowa) live stream back in spring of 2011. I watched every single day for about 4 months. Then they attached radio monitors to the young ones and we even followed their paths long after they left the nest.

"The Decorah Eagles became an Internet phenomenon and the most viewed live-stream of all time when the website reached 250 million views on Ustream in 2011, with roughly 2.4 million views per day." Decorah Eagles
