This reminds me of Highland Park 4th of July.

If he hadn't tried to fake out the police by turning around he probably could have easily out run them, he was years younger and pounds lighter.

How 'bout those people they ran past that didn't even glance back to see where the police were running to? Someone else was sitting down while they all ran past and barely looked up from her phone.

This is like some sort of major example of apathetic people. Even the bad guy wasn't running very hard.

Makes me wonder if he was trying to make it look like he wanted to get away.
But yet he wanted to be caught.
With all the people that were around not 1 person shot. I kind of find that amazing.
