This will also cause the system to collapse - home prices

I often feel like we have been fortunate to live in the golden age of humanity. We went from doctors sawing off limbs with no painkiller to having state of the art CT scanners and doctors doing face transplants, etc. We went from living in uninsulated homes to air tight homes with HVAC systems and triple glazed windows to keep the heat in. We went from country children getting to school in the families horse pulled wagon (my mom remembers it very well) to kids being driven to school with their cell phones in their pockets and a laptop to do homework waiting for them and everyone could look forward to growing up and one day starting a family and buying our own home.

And all of that has turned into people who can't afford that medical care and dying in ER waiting rooms and kids being hungry in class and young adults fearing they will never own a home, never own a car and climate change threatening the very existence of humanity. I feel lucky about having experienced the good times and sad because it seems we're going off the rails.
