Tiny Habits...Big Changes

Making grand resolutions for the quest of "the perfect self" may be noble but
only 1% of people actually stick to whatever changes they've started.

People, typically take on too much, too soon.

It is more effective to start with modest changes that allow you to make long-term adjustments to your habits and routines.

Have you made any small daily changes?

Good topic Jace. One change that I have made is to stop making lists of Things To Do. Used to do this once a week and would find myself carrying things over to the next week. Made me nuts and feeling that I was not accomplishing anything.

Now I go with the flow.....if it don't get done today, it will get done on the tomorrows that follow.

One change I've made is to block acquaintances or forum members who have nothing but negative things to say..whether here on this forum or on any other social media .. My life is so much less stressful when I don't see all their nastiness and or negativity towards either me or towards others.
