I've been alone for Valentine's day so long I don't even remember what year the last one was where I had plans. We have a man at work that brings us chocolates every Valentine's day and every Christmas. I ate those the other day.

I kinda miss having someone but at the same time the chocolates don't cause me heartache.

I just finished reading a write-up on one of my favourite singers...Lucille Starr...a proud Francophone. I loved listening to her singing and love all her songs. I met her just the once when we were stationed in Nfld and she came to sing at one of our Military Dances. She also sounded great doing a duet with Sylvia Tyson...another of my favourites.
