Took out a credit card loan to purchase hearing aides from Wells Fargo

I knew better but I did not have enough cash to buy the hearing aides outright. Wells. For November I was charged an extra $40 late fee that maybe an error on their part. I signed up for auto payment that goes into effect in December, however, I still have to them to make certain they were at fault and credit my account for their mistake.

They do the same w mtg payments, roll that debt on to another card w 0% interest. Your credit score will likely go down whether you stay w them or leave, but it's worth it to get out from under WF.

WF was the only account I insisted be paid by check as a check provides a paper trail; they have a habit of losing or failing to log electronic payments accurately.
