In Florida, it would be a problem, because the more our city grows, the more lights they put up. On Palm Bay Road, which is four miles long, there is at least ten lights, and they are long lights as there are arrows for left hand turns.

I'd be more worried about the draw bridges on the intercoastal waterways. If those bridges should get 'stuck' in the up position a routine leisurely wait could turn into rush hour road rage.
