Being diabetic one of my staples is sweet potatoes. After baking up a few, peeling & mashing them into paste I decided to try my hand at improving the bland taste. Putting 1/2 C into a bowl I added 1 Stevia packet, shook some cinnamon on it and heated the mix, stirring them I discovered they were very much like my favorite pie (pumpkin) without the crust or whip cream. New healthy treat!
