Tremors, tardiv-dyskonesis

I am taking medicine for the reasons listed in the title above. Hand tremors I do not find useful, eating is a chore, not knowing if the spoon or fork will complete their role as a tool for nourishment. If the spoon or fork is unsteady it is likewise unfulfilled in the purpose it was created.

My hands ache with arthritis, this post is taking a toll as I post this in church. I can tolerate Sunday services if occupied by my iPad.

May you hands be as steady as your thoughts. Many many have essential tremors…some just there…others related to disease process. Then there are the medications that cause them. Bummer for sure.
