To not tire of one particular offering we normally rotate around in the Oroweat brand name but Tues. mama picked up a loaf of Pepperidge Farm multi grain to try......been eating it toasted in the morning prior to taking my meds and it's really good.

You may want to give it a try the next time you need bread.

We don't eat bread, we eat blotting paper. It took many years for my wife to discover that she has a gluten allergy, so wheat is off the menu. The blotting paper substitute isn't exactly appetising.

I baked this sourdough loaf this morning - we had some for lunch. I order bread flour from 1847.ca Their 'Daily Bread' flour is stone milled and made using 100% certified organic hard red wheat. It makes delicious bread - far nicer than the bread I make with regular unbleached bread flour.

Thanks for the suggestion! I usually buy Oroweat too. I will try the PF.
