I've never heard of the burnt toast. Interesting. I got some ginger ale when I was finally able to go out. I usually keep soda in the house for my stomach but was out since I can't find the Hansons Cane Soda these days.Next time try a slice of plain dry toast to settle your stomach.
Some people believe that burnt toast is even better due to the carbon.
I like to wash it down with a glass of ginger ale when I'm not feeling well.
I'm not adverse to salt at all. I like salt. But seriously, these are crazy with the salt on top. I went to the web site and read a review with the same complaint.Not trying to be a wise guy, but isn't that why they're called saltines? These are the crackers we had in the house when I was a kid, but it was a different brand before Keebler bought them out.
Have you tried Wasa crackers? Some of them don't have any oil in them.@RadishRose I like the unsalted top ones but this brand had the palm oil. I also like the reduced salt lays potato chips.
No I haven't but I looked one up (crisp and light) and it has all good ingredients for me. Thanks for the tip.Have you tried Wasa crackers? Some of them don't have any oil in them.
Reminded me of Kelloggs "Sugar Smacks" or Tony, the Tiger's "Sugar Frosted Flakes."Not trying to be a wise guy, but isn't that why they're called saltines? These are the crackers we had in the house when I was a kid, but it was a different brand before Keebler bought them out.
I didn't see the unsalted ones at the store I was at. Will avoid these in the future.We have Zesta unsalted crackers.
Happy to be of help.No I haven't but I looked one up (crisp and light) and it has all good ingredients for me. Thanks for the tip.
@squatting dog, I think you're onto something.
Don't ever get the low-salt low-fat Cheez-its. The cardboard box is tastier.....I just buy Cheez-Its, preferably the "spicy hot" variant. Then try not to eat too many at a time.
