TV actor/announcer Lyle Waggoner has died

Lyle Waggoner who started his career as TV actor,then announcer on the Carol Burnett Show died yesterday of cancer.He was 84
He co starred opposite Linda Carter in TV show'Wonder Woman'76-'79.He played'Major Steve Trevor'
His best known role as the announcer,then regular cast member on the Carol Burnett Show'67-'79.He left the show in '74
In the 80's,he founded'Star Waggons' a company that supplied custom made trailors for actors on film&TV shows
He is survived by his wife,2 sons & 4 grandchildren

I enjoyed him on the Carol Burnett Show, as the straight-man to Ms. Burnett and Harvey Korman. He was a handsome man. May he Rest in Peace.
