Drop-dead simple, even I could make this!

I keep seeing this recipe and want to try it but haven't yet. If you try it, please let me know how it is and the kind of frosting you use... A problem would be that if it's *really* good, though, I'd eat much too much of it. :)

Reminds me of a recipe I got for collard greens once. There was this little place that served the best collard greens ever, went there just for the greens. I finally talked the "chef" out of his secret, also real simple:

5 lbs of collard greens
5 lbs of bacon grease
5 lbs of sugar

Cook till well done.

Didn't eat so much after that, a kind of collard brownies I guess.

This is the place, new ownership, new name, and no longer have the collard greens.

You could sub in almond butter, or another type, I would think. If you like some other kind.

Is almond butter available there?
Hazelnut butter? Cashew butter?
None of the above, desired or available?😁
