Two Ingredient Pineapple Cake

1 box angel food cake mix
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all (DO NOT DRAIN)

Combine ingredients and bake in an ungreased ring mold or bundt pan according to cake box instructions.
Let cool completely before un-molding (a table knife may need to be run around the edges).
Optional serving suggestion - drizzle with frosting and garnish with maraschino cherries.

I don’t maintain much of a pantry anymore and enjoy finding a few simple TNT recipes.

This is a similar recipe that I want to try.

Pumpkin Spice Cake

cooking spray
1 (15.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin

Preheat the oven to 350f

Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Mix spice cake mix and canned pumpkin together in a large bowl until well combined; spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool and serve, or store in the refrigerator to serve the next day.
 
I copied both of those recipes into my word files. Usually I add the name and date who provided the recipe. Presuming my family read my recipes, I‘m sure they’ll be left wondering who Deb, Starsong, Aunt Bea, etc were. 😉
