Two years ago I planted a Hottentot Fig commonly known as Pigface

The variety was Mesembryanthemum Yellow.
I never thought it would flower because it was only getting about 5 hours sunlight from mid November on.
Because I have mostly been housebound for the last 6 weeks I have not taken any notice of it.
Yesterday I went out to water the garden and noticed 2 flowers on the plant.
Pleased me immensely

Maybe you know this already, but that plant has medicinal properties and is also edible!

Yes I do know that.
My foot is healing slowly. 4 weeks since the operation. Still swollen.
