UK foreign nationals arrested in roofing repair scam, police warn public

Hamilton Police have arrested two foreign nationals from the United Kingdom involved in a roofing repair scam targeting senior citizens and vulnerable individuals.

We’ve had similar scammers here in Australia ,I’ll have to watch our evening current affairs program because that’s where they often get exposed if they are back at it again in an attempt to scam Aussies.
They fly in from other countries then flee as soon as they are exposed leaving behind shoddy jobs or many out of pocket of thousands of $$$

This is a constant issue in usa, esp after the big storms, just
no let up from scammers in everything.....
