Unclog a toilet

The plumbing in my old apartment is not very reliable.

I've used the bucket method and the plunger with good results.

I also tried vinegar and baking soda in the tank in an effort to remove the calcium in the holes around the rim of the toilet with poor results.

Put some dish soap in the toilet, close the lid for a couple of hours, or over night, and they say it will unclog it... Myself I just use the plunger...

Dish soap or a plunger don't always work, especially if water is up to rim of the bowl.

Most people who only have one bathroom would find it difficult not using the toilet for several hours or overnight.

My old toilet was like the one in the video. When I replaced the floor in the bathroom, I got a new toilet with a siphon jet. It clogs now and then but not twice or more a week like the old one. The old one, with three kids and a husband using it, I wore out the plunger.

oh my and I was eating my sarnie as well ekkkkk' we have a plunger' as we have septic tank '
even the toilet roll can block sometimes -
