Unemployed People Fear Working In Grocery Stores?

Help Wanted sign in the store I patronize adds that a $500 bonus will be paid to new employees. Reminds me of ballplayers who get a signing bonus. Data in my State show that those who work with the public do have higher infection rates.

So when I'm wearing the ball cap with the 101st Airborne insignia and an employee thanks me for my service, I now say "Thank you for your service working here keeping us in products we need.

Wow. Yes they deal with the public putting them at a higher risk. Still plenty of people working in the stores in my area and if they wear masks and I needed a job, I'd do it.

If I needed employment I wouldn't hesitate applying for such a job.

I go to several different grocery stores, like certain items at each one, properly masked & distanced. It seems like they all have a large number of young new hires, stocking etc.
