It's all about the Coffee and Donuts while filling out paperwork.

Its most dangerous driving at rush hour speeds. Many don't. They sit and watch. Knowing sooner or later the call to assist will arrive.
Then they Usually follow the Fire Departments big truck to the accident, the squad with its lights on in everybody's way. An 18-wheeler
puts the squad off the side of the bridge, more mayhem. More firetrucks and squads following.
