I wasn't sure if this should under "Health," "Hobbies," "Pets" or "Outdoors," so I'm sticking with "General" to be safe.

I was in the ER last week with massive anxiety and nausea. First time I've had to go to the ER in about three years, whereas previously it was a 'not unusual' occurrence. They gave me Reglan for the nausea but did not accompany it with the usual Ativan as I am tapering off Klonopin currently (still).

Before when I'd have to go to the ER for stomach and/or head and anxiety, it was always intravenous Ativan and something for whatever else was going on.
Anyway, it's over and I'm better now. :)

In other, better news, I was well enough to get back to the horse rescue today, which was freaking awesome! Gods, I love them; best therapy, they are. :) I'm sore, of course, but it was/ they are *so* worth it!

Today, I filled water troughs and buckets, swept stall fronts, mucked feeding pads, brushed horses (talking to them incessantly the entire time. I swear they probably talk about me in the fields, “She never shuts up!” LOL -- got a small lesson on making them move away from the fence-line when I need them to (these are draft horses, mind), led them in and out of fields and washed legs (they get sores and itchies on their legs). The last thing I did before my shift was over was clean/brush out the washing station.

When my husband picked me up, I collapsed in the car and tore into the power bar and coffee he brought.

Honestly, life is so much better with the magic of horses in it. :)

Oh, side note: I spilled coffee all over myself in the car on the way to the farm, but wasn’t worried as I knew I’d be filthy within about an hour anyway. As it turned out, as soon as I went out to start filling troughs, it started to pour rain which lasted just long enough to completely drench me. No worries about coffee on my clothes. :)
