My husband was in hospital for blood clots in the lungs about 10 years ago for about 2 weeks with those shots in the stomach. Then he had to be on a blood thinner for a year so be prepared for that, I do not think it matters why he got the clots. Not sure what he is on. He’s still in the hospital waiting to see doctor. I know they are giving him shots in his stmach. Assuming it is probably heparin or coumadin, but I really don’t know for sure. Whatever it is, it is entering his body and fighting the battle and I am happy with that![]()

So glad he is improving
Thank you SeaBreeze. Prayers are going out strong and steady that this continues and his clots dissolve with no further issues.@Kathleen’s Place, so happy to hear your son is doing better. Sorry I didn't know about him and had to look up some of your past posts. Sending love and healing thoughts to you and your family.
