Good news, a scum bag going to justice. Only bad part is it's Utah he'll be heading to, but I think our legal system can deal with him.

How bright can a guy be who goes from the US to Scotland using the alias Arthur Knight and tries to fake a Scottish accent, part of the time anyway?

I will say 'Arthur Knight' doesn't exactly sound not made up. It's like he's been watching too many movies or playing to games ie King Arthur or Knights of The Round Table etc.

The senior citizen gangster routine with the oxygen mask is a nice touch but....
