A contractor's van pushed a privately owned parked car out it's parking spot so they could have it. It damaged the car body and probably the transmission or steering column because the car won't start. That's felony hit and run as far as I am concerned. Along with being an ignorant act done by a pos.

Ironic this took place in Philadelphia. That was one of the cities they used for the tv show Parking Wars.

If this were to get to court, and I was the judge, someone's driver's licence would be revoked for life, and his income would be garnished 50% until he repaid the owner (or the insurance company) for the damage to the other vehicle. Plus interest.
