When she arrived back home after weeks stranded at sea on board the Pacific Princess cruise ship, passenger CJ Hayden, a San Francisco-based author and business coach, submitted a refund request right away.

By her reckoning, she and partner Dave Herninko were owed around $37,500.

She should be grateful she got home safely. The cruise lines are all suffering financially now, but this entitled witch thinks she deserves recompense. She should try suing the Chinese government instead. After all, they're the ones ultimately responsible for this mess.

I think she should have read the small print. I know airlines refuse to refund for any event that is out of their control, as it should be. You can purchase hazard insurance, if you chose.
