Vinaigrette Coleslaw, very flexible

COLESLAW

1 large cabbage, slivered
1 large green pepper, slivered
2 onions diced

Top the mix with up to ½ cup of sugar (less)



Boil together for one minute and pour over coleslaw:

1 tsp dry mustard (or Dijon)
1 tsp celery seed
1 C vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 T salt (less)
¾ C oil

Cool in fridge

Use half recipe if making with a bag of pre-sliced coleslaw mix. Even this makes a large amount.
