Virus kills 1/500 people in U.S., 2-month old succumbs in Michigan

This is obviously in error, since we have all been assured by every single anti-vaxxer that the children are safe from COVID.

Never the less, my sincere condolence to the family.
Perhaps you should read the article before looking for a scapegoat. It's not anti-vaxxers that say "Children are safe from Covid." It's the medical professionals who say that:
"While children aren't as likely as older people to get severely ill or die from COVID-19, Khaldun said children are at risk for developing a rare complication linked to COVID-19."
But, hey, if it makes you feel better to blame the non vaccinated, don't be shy; join the crowd & ride it all the way.

The hospitals in Idaho are full to the brim with covid patients — nearly all unvaccinated — so people are being forced to go to Washington state for treatment and surgeries. Idaho has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the country while Washington has one of the highest.

Yes, and they're running out of refrigerated meat trucks to store bodies, too. They're forced to get more trucks from Pluto.

Oh, the irony. I think you just proved my point.

As an aside, why are you so fond of the phrase "meat trucks"?

For many months a few of the deniers/refusers here have claimed that kids are healthy and don't need masks nor vaccines. But since Delta has ravished the young, they are passing the buck.

"The Alabama Hospital Association reports that as of Monday, 44 pediatric patients were hospitalized throughout the state due to COVID-19. 17 of those patients, or 39 percent, are in the Intensive Care Unit."

"Kali Cook was 4 when she died after contracting Covid-19 last week in Galveston County, Texas, becoming the youngest resident of the county to die from the disease.

“She was so funny and sassy,” her mother, Karra Harwood, told The Galveston County Daily News of the little girl who liked playing with frogs and worms. “She was just so pretty and full of life.”
