VW Factory

I visited the Corvette factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky this past summer. Same deal. I look at all of the robotic machinery being used and then think about all of the lost jobs that the robots replaced and it sickens me to watch this go on. Robots not only cost jobs, but they are also faster at what they do, more accurate and never miss work or complain about their jobs. I will admit that I am fascinated by watching welding robots go to work. However, I would rather see a factory full of employees doing those jobs and earning a good living for their families. I would imagine the downside would be higher prices, if we had human workers, instead of robots.
