Waldorf Slaw with Bacon

I thought some people might like to try this recipe for one of my favorite winter salads. I've been making it since I found the recipe in 2014. It's different from the usual "slaw" because it doesn't contain cabbage. I switch it up a bit to use what I usually have on hand. I leave out the bacon and substitute pecans for walnuts and dried cranberries for golden raisins. It's different and delicious, and holds up well for a few days.
