I had Walmart+ for a while, but we usually pick up our grocery orders, and I decided that it was not worth paying for the extra benefits. However, they are trying hard to compete with Amazon, and Walmart has added more benefits to the program now, and is on sale until 11/3/2022 for $49 for a whole year. (Usual price is around $12 monthly or $98 per year)
So , I signed up again.
Winter is coming, we do not like to be outside in bad weather and driving unless necessary, so having groceries delivered will be a good thing.
Some of the other benefits are a 10 cent discount on gas, free shipping from walmart.com, early access to holiday sales, and a reward points system (similar to what Amazon has).
They have also added Paramount+, a movie website, and it is supposed to be a $59 annually value just for that. All in all, it seems like a good deal to me if a person lives close enough to a walmart for the free delivery service.
